Hearthstone Management started with a simple idea: property owners in the Gallatin Valley deserve better. Better communication, better follow-through, and a property manager who actually knows the difference between a hairline roof crack and a snow-load disaster.
We're a partnership between KC Contracting, an established grounds and vendor operation, and local operators who saw a gap in the market for honest, hands-on property care. We formed in 2026 with one goal: be the kind of property manager we'd want for our own homes.
We're not building a national brand. We're building relationships with homeowners and business owners across Bozeman, Big Sky, and the Greater Gallatin Valley. Every property we manage gets the same attention ours does.
